It’s probably because you have heard via news networks, magazines like Moneysense, Google searches or local Saskatoon news agencies, that the real estate market in Saskatchewan has slowed considerably. Perhaps you have decided to stay put until things pick up.

I think differently, I tell my clients that NOW is a great to time to sell,  and an even better time to buy! If your home is priced correctly, shows well and is marketed very well, then you will stand out in the current real estate marketplace! You see, when people don’t feel pressured into buying, they will take more time to look. This means they will look at all of your properties images and read your descriptions, not just rush though listings in case they miss out on ‘ THE ONE ‘ . The key to success is combining 3 areas.

  1. An  excellent marketing strategy – apart from listing your property on the network, what else are they doing to promote your listing? Why have they priced your property at that price? Do they have a social and online strategy, or do they rely on newspapers and ‘for sale signs’ ?
  2. Property presentation – staging, depersonalizing  and decluttering properties make a HUGE difference when it comes to attracting attention from picky buyers.

These two factor are MORE important in a ‘ buyers market’ …and that is where my strengths lie, along with:

3-  keen negotiation skills!-  If all I wanted was the sale, at any cost, then I am not doing a good job for my clients who are selling OR buying!
